Breeders' Cup 2025 Adventure

At the end of October, my youngest son Brad and I traveled to San Diego to attend the 2025 Breeders' Cup World Championships. When Brad and I went on his senior trip his favorite city had been San Diego and so when it was announced that this year's championships would be here I asked Brad to go - it would be a great "Father-Son Adventure." And he immediately was all in. So we traveled to Orlando the weekend prior to watch our grandson Cameron play in a volleyball tournament and spend time with the three adult children as well. Monday & Tuesday we had appointments with our realtor, Sophia, to see properties with the thought of maybe someday purchasing a place as a second home/vacation home for when we wanted to come to Orlando. And Wednesday Brad and I flew to San Diego....spent Thursday at a VIP Breakfast and touring around the area....then Breeders' Cup "Future Stars Friday" took up the first day of racing followed by Breeders' Cup Championship Day on Saturday. Here's a pictorial / virtual scrapbook of our amazing weekend.

Brad set up an AI and we taught her to handicap. (The photo is her rendering of what she'd look like if human). By the time we got to the Breeders' Cup her conclusions - and reasoning - were almost always very similar to mine. Here is her wrap up on the weekend. Pretty cool.
A M-O-S-T fabulous adventure with my boy!
